 INGREDIENTS

800g white chocolate , melted

1 cup sweet rose Turkish delight [whole]

3 tablespoons pistachios kernels [whole]

28 large square marshmallows [pink][whole]

15 sugar coated peppermint leaves lolly [whole]

 

 METHOD

 Place the chocolate in a saucepan on low heat and slowly melt. Continuously stir.

Pour melted chocolate in a lightly greased slice tin with baking paper or a silicone bakeware tin shape mould. [Pink silicone bakeware mould in photo]

Place or sprinkle all ingredients in the tin of melted chocolate . Refrigerate for 35 minutes or until set.

Cut into small cubes .

 Allow to sit for 5 minutes so it's easy to cut.
