GARLIC PRAWNS WITH GREEN TEA NOODLES
1 kg Raw green prawns
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen green peas
5 gloves garlic chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil
Green tea gluten free noodles
In a pot add oil , red peppers, garlic and basil. Allow to cook for a few minutes. Then add broccoli, asparagus and peas. Simmer all ingredients so flavor will infuse.
Your kitchen will smell delicious!
Add prawns and toss for 5 minutes until cooked. Add salt and pepper.
Boil your noodles.
Strain the water and allow some water for the pot with prawns so it doesn't get gluggy .
Toss the noodles into pot with all ingredients and stir.
Dish up and serve with cheese (optional)
