WINTER BEEF SOUP
This winter season I'm really enjoying making hearty soups, I love having soups for lunch or dinner. They can be light or heavy and always fill you up. I find them easy and quick to make when I'm having a busy day. Boil the water, chop the ingredients up and let it cook.

6 Osso Bocco
1 Sweet Potato
1 Can peeled Tom
1 Cup of Barley
2 Small Potato
2 Green Bell Peppers
4 Cloves Garlic
5 Sticks Celery
Hand full of Bay Leaves
Boil large oil of water with Osso Bocco
Once boiled add all chopped ingredients to boiling water, seasoning with Salt and Pepper.
On a medium temperature allow to cook for 45 minutes
Serve with bread or you can try adding some Veal meatballs.
Simply mix 3 eggs, Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese and finally chopping Parsley.
Roll in to small balls with Veal Mince and pan fry and add to soup.
