Adam D'Sylva's Corn with Garlic and Parsley Butter
It's the first weekend of summer, and with 30+ degrees forecast all weekend for Melbourne there is no better time to head outside and host a delicious summer barbecue. Ingredients
4 Cobs of Corn
Sea Salt Flakes and Ground Pepper to taste
Finely chop the parsley, including the stalks.
In a bowl, mix parsley, butter, sea salt flakes and pepper until well combined.
Brown the Corn in jackets on the BBQ, rotating every two-three minutes until evenly browned.
Remove the corn from the BBQ and place a spoonful of butter on top, allow to melt, then serve.
