ADAM D’SYLVA’S CHRISTMAS BBQ KING PRAWNS
No Christmas Day is complete without seafood in Australia and this recipe is sure to wow your family and friends.
1 Dozen King Prawns (butterflied)
3 Lemons (juice)
2 Garlic Cloves
Salt and Pepper to taste
To make the marinade, finely chop the garlic and chili and add to a bowl. Add the lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Spoon over the prawns evenly.
Place the prawns shell down on a hot barbecue until almost cooked through. Turn the prawns and barbecue for a further 2 minutes.
