Adam D'Sylva's Barbecued King Prawns

No Christmas Day is complete without seafood in Australia and this recipe is sure to wow your family and friends. Ingredients

1 Dozen King Prawns (butterflied) 3 Lemons (juice) 3 Chili's 2 Garlic Cloves Coriander Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste

Method To make the marinade, finely chop the garlic and chili and add to a bowl. Add the lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Spoon over the prawns evenly. Place the prawns shell down on a hot barbecue until almost cooked through. Turn the prawns and barbecue for a further 2 minutes.
