Adam D'Sylva's Tuna Salad
This salad is particularly delicious, the Fruity orange, faintly liquorice fennel and bitter radicchio, all come together as one in this satisfying salad. Enjoy xx
1 large Tuna steak
Salt and Pepper to taste
Peel orange and cut into segments.
Finely slice the fennel, including the fonds. Remove base of radicchio and chop.
Oil the tuna and garnish with salt and pepper.
Place tuna onto a heated pan, searing on one side for three to four minutes (or to your preference)
Place salad on plate, arranging the Tuna on top. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
