With summer just around the corner and the silly season in full swing I thought, over the next few weeks, I would share with you my favourite cocktail recipes.
My Italian Breeze is great served tall over ice and is super refreshing on a spring afternoon.
30 ml White rum
60 ml Pineapple juice
60 ml Cranberry juice
Mint and cubed ice to serve
Recommended Glass: Highball Glass
Add all ingredients including ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
Garnish with fresh mint
