Prosciutto e Melone
This classic flavor combination is perfect for a spring antipasto board or as an afternoon snack.
Thinly sliced prosciutto crudo
Perfectly ripe chilled, cantaloupe or honeydew melon
Cut melon into equal wedges. Clean away the seeds and partially cut each segment away from the rind.
Arrange the melon on a platter. Drape or fold 10 – 20 lean slices of prosciutto around the melon.
