Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age requirement.

A ticket must be purchased for all attendees.

Minors may only consume alcohol with the express permission of their guardian who must be in attendance. 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is parking on street.

We are also close to public transport.

We recommend you visit us by taxi or private hire cars.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring a smile and an empty tummy!

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please email us with your questions as well as any food allergy notifications.

What's the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds.

We will of course exchange and rebook you at the next convenient event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we have an electronic record of your purchase.

Is my ticket transferrable?

You can transfer your ticket in case you can’t make it, but you must notify us 48 hours in advance and the new ticket holder must notify us 48 hours in advance of any allergies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lydia Schiavello Pty Ltd and its servants, agents, employees, contractors, sub-contractors will not be liable to you (or any person claiming under or through you) or any third party for:

• indirect, consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, expenses, losses or liabilities; or

• loss of profits, business interruption, loss of revenue, economic loss, loss of goodwill, loss of or corruption to data, loss of privacy, downtime costs, loss of use, failure to realise anticipated savings, failure to achieve sales or marketing targets, loss of opportunity or expectation loss or loss of production; or

• any personal injury or death to you, or any third person, arising out of, relating to connected to the provision or delivery of this event.
