  • 50 ml Peach puree

  • 20 ml Peach nectar

  • 120 ml Prosecco

  • Fresh Peach

  • Mint to serve

  1. Pour peach schnapps, peach nectar and puree into a champagne flute

  2. Top with Prosecco

  3. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach and mint to serve
